Is shopping secure?

Yes, I use authorize.net and it is secure.

How do I order?

Order through the shopping cart or call me.

What type of payments do you accept?

I accept Master Card and Visa. Checks are accepted and items shipped when the check clears.

How are items shipped?

I ship UPS and the cost is included in the purchase price. Shipping is in the continental US. For orders outside that area call me.

When are items shipped?

Credit card orders are shipped as soon as the credit card clears which takes about two days. Check orders are shipped when the check clears which takes about a week.

Can I return an item?

Returns can be made for a refund or exchange within 30 days if they are in an unused condition. A refund or replacement will be sent within 7-10 days after the item is received. A check is issued for a refund for the merchandise only not including shipping charges.
